Governor Beshear says Kentuckians will have to endure higher gas prices as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In a social media post, Beshear says everyone will feel the effects of the invasion, but it’s a small price to pay to stop the act of aggression.
The governor knows the higher prices at the pump will affect all Kentuckians.
Triple A says the average price of gas in Kentucky is $3.22 a gallon. The national average is $3.54.
