A Todd County man was injured after his log truck rolled over on Britmart Road near Fairview Tuesday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Nichols says 36-year old Travis Martin of Elkton had been southbound just north of US 68 when his load shifted in a curve and his truck rolled onto its side in a ditch.
Martin sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Deputy Nichols says the outcome could have been much worse, as a log that crashed into the cab of the truck only missed Martin by less than a foot.
