A cold front will bring rain to the area this week and it’ll be followed by our first real taste of fall.
Christine Wielgos with the National Weather Service in Paducah says all of Western Kentucky could see an inch or two of rain from Tuesday through early Wednesday morning, but flooding isn’t expected to be a concern.
High temperatures will be in the upper 60’s to mid-70’s through at least the weekend, but Wielgos says we likely haven’t seen the last of warmer weather this year.
The weekend looks to be sunny and dry with highs in the mid-70’s.
