The 2020 Trigg County Ham Festival has been canceled by COVID-19.
Cadiz Main Street announced it in a Facebook posting Monday afternoon, saying the decision was made “after consulting with Frankfort, our local Health Department and other safety officials.” The festival had been scheduled for October 9 and 10.
Organizers say to help celebrate the Ham Festival they will still be selling 2020 Ham Festival t-shirts and Ham Festival bicentennial pins.
Next year’s festival is set for October 8 and 9, 2021 when they plan to return stronger and better than ever.
