Kentucky State Police have released details on a single-vehicle accident Tuesday in Graves County that killed a Livingston County teen and injured another.
It happened on KY 849 East, where 14-year old Julian Duke of Smithland had been driving an SUV that had been eastbound when he went off the right side of the road for unknown reasons and down an embankment.
His vehicle overturned onto its top and struck several trees before coming to rest.
Duke was pronounced dead at the scene and his passenger, 16-year old Austin Mullins of Smithland, was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
