The 15th Brice Long and Friends concert to benefit his Back2Back Foundation is Saturday night, but you’ll have to listen on your radio or watch on your smartphone this time.
The virtual concert will begin at 7 p.m. on Lite Rock 98.7 and online at lite987whop.com and you’ll be able to watch on the Back2Back Foundation Facebook page.
Long, who is a country music singer and songwriter from Christian County, says the virtual option was the way to go when it became clear the Bruce Center concert wouldn’t be safe during this pandemic.
Long will be asking listeners to go to back2backfoundation.org to make a cash donation and says all money raised will help numerous organizations throughout the year and will help families in need in Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties have a good Christmas.
Terry McBride and Wynn Varble will join Long as the featured songwriters and the concert will also include up and coming artists Lainey Wilson and Drake Milligan.
