A Madisonville man is facing charges of DUI and possession of a controlled substance following a wreck in Christian County Thursday of last week.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident on Long Pond Road around noon and made contact with the driver, 46-year old Brandon Fuller of Madisonville. Fuller was allegedly unsteady on his feet with slurred speech.
Further investigation revealed a contact lenses case in Fuller’s possession that allegedly contained cocaine, heroin and several pieces of a Xanax bar.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.
