University Heights senior and Xavier signee KyKy Tandy has been named as National Athletic Association of Private Schools Class 3-A National Player of the Year. Tandy played for the Kentucky All Stars over the weekend in the Kentucky-Ohio All Star Game and was the Kentucky Player of the Game.
