Oak Grove Tourism has announced that the headline act for the 12th annual Spring Into Summer event will be country music artist Josh Turner.
According to a news release, this year’s event will take place May 25 and 26. The Renegade Rally with Branscombe Richmond and the all-star band will perform from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday before Turner takes the stage as the feature act. Saturday will feature an extended parachute jump show before the concert featuring Josh Turner, and after the concert there will be a firework show that will close out Saturday night’s festival. Turner will take the stage at the Viceroy Performing Arts Center that evening at 7:00 p.m.
Activities will run Saturday May 25 from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday May 26 from 12p.m. until 6 p. m. and will feature a slew of activities including zip-lining, trampoline and acrobatic performances, carnival rides, food vendors and more.
Tourism Director Traci Cunningham says, “We are super excited to have Josh Turner for our twelfth annual International and Regional award-winning Festival. The relationship between country music artists, our troops and their families has been a long-standing tradition and we are delighted, and thrilled Josh Turner will be bringing his talent and support to Oak Grove.”
The concert, along with all other activities at the Spring Into Summer Festival Salutes Fort Campbell, is free and open to the public.
