The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 69 that occurred Sunday morning.
According to a news release, the accident occurred near the 121 mile marker when a vehicle driven by 19-year old Portia Mason of Henderson entered the median for an unknown reason. The vehicle struck the median and overturned multiple times, going into oncoming traffic before stopping in a ditch on its top.
She was transported to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
