A reception has been scheduled to honor retiring Christian District Judge Jim Adams.
It will be 3 p.m. Thursday, December 20th in the Christian County Justice Center rotunda and the public is invited to attend.
Judge Adams was first elected in November of 1993 and has served a total of six terms.
He announced last year that he would not seek reelection.
