Pennyrile Electric linemen to assist those affected by Hurricane Michael

Technicians from Pennyrile Electric are heading to Georgia to assist with power outages caused by Hurricane Michael.

According to a news release, the five line technicians will be assisting Satilla Rural Electric Membership Corporation in south central Georgia to restore power to those affected by the hurricane. Crews will remain there until they are no longer requested.

Pennyrile Electric Vice President of Member Services Brent Gilkey says, “Please keep our crews and their families in your thoughts and prayers, as well as those affected by Hurricane Michael.”
