Hopkinsville will host its first every Arbor Day festival Saturday downtown at Little River Park.
Kelly Jackson with the Beautification Commission says it’s from 9 until 3 p.m. and there will be information and entertainment for adults and activities for kids.
The festival is in conjunction with Hopkinsville recently receiving official designation of being a ‘Tree City.’
There will also be vendors, a Tree ID walk and giveaways, with more information found on the Arbor Day Festival Facebook page.
