An accident Monday afternoon at Cox Mill Road and Woodmont Drive injured both of the drivers.
The Hopkinsville Police collision report says 45-year old Antwoine Buckner of Hopkinsville was stopped on Woodmont waiting to make a left turn onto Cox Mill. His vision was obstructed and he didn’t see a northbound car driven by 24-year old Haley Dougherty of Hopkinsville.
The front of her car struck the side of Buckner’s vehicle in the intersection.
Doughterty went by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for neck pain and Buckner was transported by EMS to the hospital for shoulder pain.
