An accident Thursday at Canton and West 16th Street injured a local woman.
Hopkinsville Police say 72-year old Shirley Mack of Hopkinsville was headed west on Canton Street and drove into the path of 30-year old Jeremy Dye of Hopkinsville when she attempted to make a left turn onto 16th.
Dye and his passenger were not hurt, but Mack went by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment.
