Nineteen Hopkinsville Community College students enrolled in the Hopfame program signed on with local industries during a ceremony on campus Tuesday morning.
College officials say Hopfame provides apprentice-style training to create a pipeline of highly skilled workers.
Students from Hopkinsville, Crofton, Elkton and Cadiz will work at Brazeway, Douglas Autotech, Ebonite, FP International, Huhtamaki, Metalsa, Novelis, TRad and TGask.
HCC thanked the manufacturing partners who make the Hopfame program possible.
