A Cadiz man has been served with a warrant alleging he stole an automobile in Trigg County earlier this month.
It alleges that on June 13th, 27-year old Shaw Rice of Cadiz took a cell phone belonging to the female victim from her home and then drove away with her vehicle.
Rice is charged with auto theft and theft by unlawful taking.
