Two arrested in Russellville for meth, cocaine trafficking

A traffic stop in Russellville Sunday morning led to the arrests of two people on cocaine and methamphetamine charges.

A Russellville Police officer stopped the car on US 68 and a news release further investigation led to the discovery of a substantial amount of cocaine, methamphetamine, cash and drug paraphernalia.

The driver, 27-year old Kursty Ashby of Russellville, and her passenger, 28-year old Adrian Ferguson of Bowling Green, were both arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine and meth, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
