The Todd County School Board chose assistant superintendent Ed Oyler to lead the district as superintendent at its meeting Monday night.
Oyler was chosen on a 3-1 vote with Johnny Knuckles casting the only “no” vote, according to board member Stephen Childers, who says Oyler was given a two-year contract.
Oyler replaces Wayne Bennigfield, who retired in December.
