Murray State suspends hoopster DuPree

Murray State’s Jalen Dupree has been suspended from the basketball program indefinitely. MSU basketball coach Matt McMahon announced the suspension prior to Thursday night’s game with Austin Peay.

In a released statement, McMahon said Dupree’s actions have “failed to meet the team standards I have in place for our program.” The sophomore from Cordova, TN was averaging 7.2 points, five rebounds per game and averaging almost 20 minutes per game for the Racers.
