A medical issue killed a St. Charles man who was driving on Nortonville Road Wednesday morning, causing his vehicle to crash.
It happened about 7:45 a.m. in the 12000 block of Nortonville Road and the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department says 64-year old Lonnie Dunn of St. Charles had been headed west when a medical issue caused him to run off the road.
His vehicle struck a tree and Dunn was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner’s office.
