Two Crofton juveniles were injured in a wreck in Hopkins County Thursday on the Pennyrile Parkway.
According to a news release, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of a single-vehicle collision near the 33 mile marker of the Pennyrile Parkway. Investigation determined that a 17-year old juvenile from Crofton had been operating a vehicle northbound when the vehicle exited the roadway for unknown reasons and overturned.
The driver and a second juvenile in the car were transported by private vehicle to Baptist Health in Madisonville for non-life threatening injuries. The names of those involved have not been released.
