Elsewhere in the Ohio Valley League last night: Henderson and Madisonville split a doubleheader with the Flash winning game one 8-7 in 10 innings and the Miners taking the nightcap 6-2. Paducah doubled up Dubois County 8-4 and Muhlenberg County defeated Fulton 9-4.
Tonight’s OVL action: Henderson travels to Paducah, Franklin welcomes Dubois County and Fulton goes to Owensboro.
OVL Standings: Paducah at 6-2 leads the 5-3 Hoppers by a game in the West with Fulton at 5-4 and Madisonville is 3-5.
Owensboro at 5-3 leads the East Division over 5-4 Henderson by a half game with Dubois County 2-4 followed by Franklin and Muhlenberg County at 2-5.
