A wreck Friday afternoon in Hopkins County sent one of the drivers to a local hospital.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department investigated and determined Sherry Menser of Casselberry, Florida had been eastbound when she attempted to turn onto Interstate 69 and drove into the path of a westbound automobile operated by Harvey Ivie of Hanson.
Their vehicles collided and Menser was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital.
