A Fort Campbell man was injured after his vehicle crashed while traveling the wrong way on an I-24 exit ramp at Fort Campbell Boulevard early Sunday morning.
It happened just after 3 a.m. and Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Andy Sanderson gave details to WHOP News.
Twenty-two-year-old Carlos Lopez of Fort Campbell was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on post.
James Spencer, who is a Christian County resident, was not injured in the crash.
Deputy Sanderson says the circumstances of the incident remain under investigation.
