The Bowling Green Daily News reports former Henderson County head coach Nathan Isenberg has been hired to take over the Bowling Green High baseball program. He once was an assistant at Bowling Green from 2001-03.
The Bowling Green native played in high school at Warren East and collegiately at Western Kentucky. He spent 11 seasons at Henderson County and led the Colonels to a state runner up finish in the 2012 season. Isenberg had a 280-139 record at Henderson County which included two 30 win seasons.
Bowling Green finished 22-12 in the 2018 season and lost to McCracken County in the KHSAA State Baseball quarterfinals.
