Bailey Owens
Three people were indicted by a Christian County Grand Jury Friday on first degree robbery charges.
The indictment alleges that 23-year Ahgeana Bailey of Cadiz and 24-year old Joshua Owens of Hopkinsville were involved in the robbery of Roderick Tutt on East Second Street in November. Bailey allegedly entered Tutt’s residence and brandished a handgun, robbing him of his iPhone, cash and car keys. The arrest citation says she fled the residence on foot and was picked up by Owens who was driving Bailey’s vehicle.
Both are charged with first degree robbery.

Also indicted for first degree robbery is 19-year old Domnique Jeffers of Oak Grove, who allegedly entered a Dollar General store and held two employees at gunpoint, demanding money. Jeffers was reportedly able to flee the scene with $4,000 on foot.

Twenty-four year old Haley Denapoli of Hopkinsville was indicted for first degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years old or younger. The warrant alleges that in mid-November, the victim went to a school nurse and reported his head hurting. The nurse noticed bruising across the boy’s face, to the bridge of his nose, two black eyes, bruising to his left ear and forehead. The warrant says there appeared to be a finger mark bruising on his right cheek. He eventually said his step-mother, Denapoli, reportedly caused the damage.
