The 15-year old accused of killing two students at Marshall County High School and injuring 21 others in a shooting last month has been indicted by a Marshall County Grand Jury and was arraigned Friday.
According to a news release from Kentucky State Police, the indictment was returned Tuesday and charges 15-year old Gabriel Parker of Hardin with two counts of murder and 14 counts of a first degree assault.
The grand jury indictment means that Parker will be tried as an adult. **
