Starting June 1, the Christian County Public Schools system will be providing meal bundles to students and families who need them throughout the summer.
The Summer Feeding Program is available to children ages two to 18-years old, and five day meal bundles will be handed out each week. A parent or guardian can sign for and pick up those meals on behalf of the child.
On Tuesdays, bundles will be handed out at Christian County Middle School from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., on Wednesdays they’ll be at Gordon Park in Crofton from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. and then at First Baptist Church in Oak Grove on Thursdays from 11 a.m. until noon.
The Summer Feeding Program will run through July 31, with no distribution the week of June 29th.
