The Christian County Sheriff’s Office Anti-Crime Unit has arrested and charged an Oak Grove man on several charges, including drug trafficking.
According to a news release, 34-year-old Evan Adams of Oak Grove was taken into custody Thursday morning at the office of Probation and Parole and then a search warrant was executed at his residence on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road.
The search reportedly revealed cocaine, a bottle of diazepam, drug paraphernalia and two handguns, including one that was reported stolen out of Tennessee. Adams reportedly told deputies he was selling cocaine to pay for his child support.
He is charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in a legend drug, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
