A Hopkinsville woman is facing multiple felony charges following an incident Friday morning on North McPherson Avenue.
An HPD arrest citation for 35-year old Eboni Neylon alleges she slashed the tires on a vehicle, struck it with a metal bat and assaulted a woman on the scene with a bat before hitting another vehicle and almost hitting a man with her SUV as she left.
She struck a fence on East 19th Street as she traveled to a location on East 18th and police who found her there determined she was under the influence of alcohol, according to the report, which says she had a small child in her vehicle at the time of the incidents.
Further investigation revealed she had also allegedly broken out the windows of one of the victims’ home.
Neylon was arrested on several charges including assault in the second degree, first-degree wanton endangerment, felony criminal mischief, DUI, tampering with evidence and several other counts.
