Construction of the spec building at Pembroke Road and Frank Yost Lane is nearly complete and a local official says there are clients interested in moving into that facility.
South Western Kentucky EDC Director Carter Hendricks appeared Friday morning on WHOP and says there are only a few minor tasks left to complete on the 100,000 square foot building.
Hendricks says there are discussions with potential buyers of the building ongoing and it’s ready to sell if a client is ready to buy.
He says the recent Jobs Fest 2022 for graduating high school students who intend to enter the workforce was a success, noting some participants have received job offers.
