A Hopkinsville man was arrested on felony charges Tuesday night after a Cadiz resident reportedly found him on Facebook Marketplace selling stolen property.
The victim saw her property being sold on Marketplace by 42-year old Jason Morse in Hopkinsville and contacted Hopkinsville police, with officers going to a residence on Koffman Drive.
A police report says Morse agreed to open his garage and items that had been reported stolen were in plain view.
A search warrant was executed and police say approximately $7,000 worth of stolen property was recovered and a small container of methamphetamine was located.
A computer check of a 2010 Ford Mustang parked in the driveway also showed it was stolen out of Illinois.
Morse was charged with felony receiving stolen property and possession of meth.
