A search warrant was executed at an Allensville home Monday, leading to several arrests on drug-related charges.
Kentucky State Police served the warrant at a home on Pace Street and made contact with 35-year old James Carter, 66-year old Billy Carter, 53-year old Sherry Golden, 49-year old Evlyn Carter and a 10-year old child.
A news release says troopers located drug paraphernalia, numerous prescription pills, suspected methamphetamine and marijuana and a gun.
Billy Carter, James Carter and Sherry Golden were all arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Billy Carter and Golden were additionally charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and Billy was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Evlyn was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
All four were lodged in the Todd County Jail.
The Todd County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
