Todd County has added another confirmed case of COVID-19.
The Todd County Health Department says an immune compromised minor, who is connected to a previous case, tested positive Friday.
The patient is healing at home with moderate symptoms and has been in quarantine, so there are no additional contacts.
Todd County has 28 total cases, six of which are active and only one remains hospitalized.
Meanwhile, Governor Andy Beshear announced 331 additional COVID-19 cases Friday across the state, but noted the number was extremely low Thursday due to a federal reporting system issue. The average is 200 new cases each day.
There were also four additional deaths to announce, bringing Kentucky’s total to 497.
