University of Kentucky sophomore Immanuel Quickley announced today he will forego his final two years of eligibility and enter the NBA Draft. The Southeastern Conference Player of the Year led the Wildcats in scoring at 16.1 points per game this past season and ended the season on a 20 game double figure scoring streak. Coach John Calipari said in a statement that Quickley was a pleasure to coach the last two seasons and had as much fun watching him grow than just about any player he’s ever coached.
