Nashville SC CEO Ian Ayre has sent out a letter indicating May, 2022 will be date the new stadium for the MLS franchise opens at the Nashville Fairgrounds. According to a statement, Ayre adds demolition is currently underway and all construction documents now complete The team was 0-2 before the MLS season was suspended due to Covid-19.
