A Marshall County woman was killed in an accident Friday in Scott County.
The Scott County Sheriff’s Department says 37-year old Margaret Morgan of Benton was eastbound on Paris Pike when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed into oncoming traffic. She collided head-on with a box truck.
Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the box truck was not injured.
Neither drugs nor alcohol are suspected as factors in the crash.
