Herndon man arrested for fleeing from deputies executing a warrant

Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Timothy Osiborski of Herndon Tuesday night after he led law enforcement on a pursuit as they were attempting to execute a warrant.

Deputies responded to a location on Lafayette Road to serve an arrest warrant on Osiborski. He was charged with second-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault domestic violence, first-degree unlawful imprisonment and first-degree wanton endangerment.

While serving the warrant, Osiborski reportedly got into a car, reversed through a garage door and down his driveway at a high rate of speed and fled from law enforcement. Osiborski reportedly struck a Kentucky State Police cruiser and nearly hit multiple deputies while fleeing.

The pursuit continued to Mt. Vernon Church Road where Osiborski reportedly abandoned his car and fled away on foot. He was also allegedly armed with a pellet gun.

When Osiborski was apprehended, deputies reportedly found that the car he was using was stolen out of Tennessee. He also allegedly possessed of a small bag that was believed to contain cocaine.

Osiborski was additionally charged with two counts of fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-and-second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and other traffic violations.
