Hopkinsville woman served with indictment warrant for complicity to murder

A Hopkinsville woman has been arrested and charged with complicity to murder on strength of a warrant.

According to the indictment warrant signed by Christian Circuit Judge Andrew Self, 24-year-old Dakota Heck of Hopkinsville is accused of “wantonly engaging in conduct which created a grave risk of death to another, thereby causing the death of the victim” on March 1 of 2022, or by acting as an accomplice. 

The Hopkinsville Police Department took Heck into custody Monday morning. She is lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
