Option Pharmacy in Guthrie will close operations in May at their location at 238 South Ewing Street.
According to a statement from pharmacy officials, the pharmacy will close its doors on May 23, after serving the community for the last seven months. They say time has blessed them with new friends they will miss greatly, and while it’s been their pleasure to serve the community, the business couldn’t be sustained for much longer.
They encourage patients to come by the pharmacy and fill out a transfer form for their medications, so they can be sure to send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. Customers can also go online to their website, guthrierx.com and fill out a transfer form there.
Officials says their time there was short, but Guthrie will always hold a special place in their hearts.
