Officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department arrested 45-year-old Russell Miller for disorderly conduct and fleeing from law enforcement after an incident on Tuesday.
According to a report, an officer witnessed Miller yelling obscenities at a person in the Hopkinsville Municipal Center parking lot. The yelling reportedly drew attention and the responding officer went to talk to Miller, but he reportedly fled and had to be apprehended.
While Miller was being transported to the Christian County Jail, he reportedly made threats against the officers. Miller was charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree terroristic threatening.
