Hoptown Hoppers announce Jarrod Brissenden as their new coach

A bio from the Hoptown Hoppers organization:

“Jarrod spent his collegiate playing days at Olney Central College and Greenville University before finishing up at McKendree University.

He was a coach at Althoff Catholic High School located in Belleville, Illinois, for six years. He has also coached American Legion teams in Flora, Illinois, and Highland, Illinois, and a number of select teams in the Greater St. Louis area. The past tow years he has been a hitting coach in the Prospect League. First with the O’Fallon Hoots in 2021. Then with the Alton River Dragons in 2022 where two of his hitters won the batting and home run title and League MVP as they made it to the Championship Series.”
