An Allen County man was killed in a three-vehicle accident Saturday morning in Todd County.
Officials on scene said it happened about 9:15 a.m. just north of KY 848 and it involved a semi, pickup and SUV.
Todd County Coroner Timothy Wells identifies the victim as 34-year old Kyle Hopkinson of Scottsville.
Wells says Hopkinson was driving the pickup southbound on 79 when it appears he entered the path of the northbound semi.
Kentucky State Police is investigating and no other details have been released.
The Guthrie Volunteer Fire Department, Todd County Sheriff’s Office, Todd County Rescue Squad, EMS, Emergency Management, Burden Bearers Chaplain Service and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet assisted at the scene.
