Hopkinsville International Festival returns in-person this weekend

The Hopkinsville International Festival will return in-person to the Hopkinsville Sportsplex for the first time since 2019 this weekend.

The event celebrating the multitude of cultures and heritages that can be found in the Hopkinsville area has been virtual for the past two events and Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman says they are excited to be back in person and it is free to attend.

Coordinator Toby Hudson says it will take place Friday and Saturday and it’s a chance to experience and celebrate the diversity of the community.

There will be food and merchandise vendors, performances, presentation, kids’ activities, a passport game and more.

This will be the 13th year for the festival and you can find out more about what will be taking place those days by following the Hopkinsville International Festival on Facebook.
