Senator Paul supports spending reform, not likely to run for president in ’24

U.S. Senator Rand Paul believes there should be spending reform before the country’s debt ceiling is raised and he says he isn’t likely to run for president again in 2024.

The Republican from Bowling Green says no part of the government would be out of bounds for him when looking to cut spending.

President Joe Biden has announced the pandemic emergency declaration will end May 11 and Senator Paul says that will save the government a notable amount of money.

Meanwhile, Senator Paul believes the Republican field seeking the presidential nomination next year will be large, but says he doesn’t expect to be among them.
