RV/#15 Cardinals Back at Home to Face SIUE

The Louisville women’s basketball team is back in action. The Cardinals return to the KFC Yum! Center to host SIUE on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. ET. It will be the Holiday Toy Drive game on Tuesday and fans are encouraged to bring a new toy still in store packaging to the game for donation and receive a voucher to purchase a discounted $5 ticket for the game against Syracuse on Thursday, December 29. All toys collected will be sent to families displaced by the floods in Eastern Kentucky. Tuesday’s home matchup is the final home game of the non-conference schedule for the Cardinals. They have a four-game road trip that begins after Tuesday’s game and their next home game is not scheduled until Thursday, December 29, against Syracuse.

Govs entertain Kentucky Christian Tuesday

Austin Peay State University hosts Kentucky Christian at 7 p.m. CT, Tuesday, in the Winfield Dunn Center. The game is televised online on ESPN+ beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday is the Governors’ “Toys for Tots Game.” Each fan who brings a new, non-gift wrapped toy receives a complimentary ticket to the game.

(Undated)  — College basketball returns tonight.  Memphis entertains Little Rock.  The Tigers are 6-and-2 after their recent win over Ole Miss.  Tennessee is 7-and-1 following a blowout win over Alcorn State.  The 7th-ranked Vols will play Eastern Kentucky tomorrow.  Vanderbilt recently beat Wofford to improve to 4-and-4.  The Commodores host Pittsburgh tomorrow.  Kentucky is 6-and-2 following their recent win over Michigan.  The 16th-ranked Wildcats host Yale on Saturday.  Louisville is still winless on the season.  The 0-and-8 Cardinals will play Florida State on Saturday.
