Hopkinsville police arrested a man Sunday night for allegedly being in violation of sex offender registry requirements.
An arrest citation for 42-year old James Fritz of Hopkinsville says he failed to notify the state when he changed addresses, which is a mandate for those on the registry.
A check of the registry website shows he was convicted of an offense against a 15-year old victim in another state.
