(Washington, DC) — Former Louisville Basketball star Terrence Williams is pleading guilty to aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Williams was the ringleader of a scheme involving almost 20 other former N-B-A players who were attempting to defraud the league’s health plan. Federal authorities charged the players in October with defrauding the league for over five-million dollars. Williams faces a minimum of two years in prison, with a maximum of over 20.
