Eastern Ky. flooding death toll at 15, expected to double

The death toll from historic flash flooding Thursday morning in eastern Kentucky has risen to 15 and Governor Andy Beshear expects that number to double and to include some children.

Appearing Friday morning on CNN, the governor announced the death toll rose from 8 to 15 overnight.

He says some entire families have been lost in the flooding.

He says some entire homes were swept away with families inside.
